In my family, for generations now, all babies have a red birth mark on the back of their neck. Is there anyone else who has come across this.

It sure is the nose and ears! Pretty scary! We always say 'seen one Funnell you've seen them all'. The kiwi Funnells here in NZ all appear to have the ears and nose, so must be the dominant genes.

It's the nose and the ears. My grandfather Robert Frank, b-1892 passed them on to his children, whenever the family get together we refer to the "Funnell" nose.

On my side of the Funnell family, including myself and children, we all seem to have rather large, punch-like noses with large, long ears! and many of the above appear to fit that description.
